“I didn’t think I ‘needed’ this workshop. I thought I had a decent relationship with my body, yet over the course of the workshop I became aware of the myriad ways in which I internalize negativity and undermine my body (and therefore myself) on a daily basis. It was powerful to realize that transforming negativity could have such a profoundly beneficial effect on me (and those around me), daily, lastingly.” -S.Z
“Kimber’s open and generous discussion of her body issues–and that of the other women in the workshop–helped me understand my own and taught me easy ways to overcome them. Highly recommended for anyone who would like a better relationship with their body.” —Tiffany W.

You’ll learn to share yoga with sensitivity to trauma, to culture and history, and to how students show up in their bodies and in the world. Many of our speakers from Module 1 will return to share their wisdom around how to show up as mindful, engaged, and respectful yoga teachers in our lives.
