Love Your Body Workshop Four Tuesdays starting May 17, 7-9 pm An eight hour series over four weeks $85 May 17, 24,31 and June 7: plan to attend all sessions At Seventh Heaven Yoga Studio in Berkeley Embracing yoga, contemplation, and conversation in this six-hour workshop, Kimber helps women envision the joy of loving their bodies in a way they never imagined was possible. Through the healing practices of Anusara ® Yoga, Buddhist meditation, and reevaluating our underlying beliefs, we can emerge inspired to transform how we relate to our bodies to benefit not only ourselves, but the world around us. Inspired by her new book, Finding Fullness: how one woman eased her inner hunger and started loving herself, Kimber shares the transformational practices which helped her overcome the residual effects of an eating disorder.
